Flap, Fly, Crash Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mayali Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Flap, Fly, Crash mobile game (the “App”). In short: the App does not collect, store, or share personal data.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information through the App. The App has no accounts or sign-in, no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no in-app purchases. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos.

Information stored on your device

The App saves your best score and your preferences (sound, vibration, and selected bird skin) on your device so they are there next time you play. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Deleting the App deletes it.

Sharing your score

If you choose to share a run, the App creates an image of your score on your device and opens your device’s standard share sheet. You decide where the image goes. We do not receive the image or any information about where you shared it; anything you post is governed by the privacy policy of the app or service you share to.

App stores and platform providers

The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google may collect information, such as downloads and crash reports if you have enabled sharing with developers, under their own privacy policies. Any such information we receive from them is aggregated and does not identify you.

Children’s privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the App changes in a way that affects your privacy (for example, adding features that collect data), we will update this policy before that version is released and change the effective date above.
