The short version

Hearthstep is a guide to selling or buying a home in Michigan. The information you enter (dates, checklists, notes and documents in your vault) is stored on your device. We do not sell your information.

What Hearthstep stores, and where

Your role (seller or buyer), progress through the steps, the dates from your own contract, and any documents you add to the vault are stored on your device. We do not receive them. If you delete the app, that data is removed and we cannot recover it.

The partner broker hand-off

Hearthstep can introduce you to a licensed partner broker. Nothing is sent unless you choose to contact the broker, and then only what you choose to send. The broker is a separate, licensed business with its own privacy practices, and its name and license number are shown wherever it appears. Mayali Ventures LLC does not receive payment for the introduction.

Sharing

If you choose to share a read-only timeline, only the timeline you choose to share is shared, with the people you choose to share it with.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not show third-party ads or use advertising trackers.
• We do not collect precise location.

Information we receive

If you email contact@mayaliventures.com we receive your address and message, and use them only to reply. Apple and Google handle downloads and any purchases under their own privacy policies.

Children

Hearthstep is for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
