1. What Flap, Fly, Crash is

Flap, Fly, Crash™ (the "Game") is a free one-tap arcade game. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no in-app purchases. Your best score and settings are saved only on your device. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms.

2. Using the Game

You may play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or resell the Game, and don't use cheats, tools or other methods to interfere with how it works.

3. Ownership

Flap, Fly, Crash™ and its art, characters, sounds, code and other content are owned by Mayali Ventures LLC. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play the Game. All other rights are reserved. If you share a screenshot or a score image from the Game, that is fine for personal, non-commercial sharing; please don't use our name, characters or art to suggest we endorse something.

4. Ads in the future

The Game does not show ads today. We may add advertising in a future version. If we do, we will update our Privacy Policy and these terms before that version is released.

5. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or stop the Game at any time.

6. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mayali Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost scores or data, arising from your use of the Game. Because the Game is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $10. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

7. Children

The Game is suitable for all ages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information, which is that we collect none.

8. Changes and contact
